Summer 2013 - smelling like chlorine

It has been a summer of swimming around here, not particularly in lakes but in various pools in the back yard, the neighborhood, and city owned facilities. 

Throughout July and August Johan has remained fairly cautious and mostly swimming with a life jacket on. But he has discovered the joy of a good water slide, especially ones you ride in an inflatable inner tube. 

Mathias has become enamored with diving boards (within reasonable heights). He doesn't exactly dive but is doing increasingly adventurous jumps. 

It no doubt helps that hey have been taking swimming lessons and are both making good progress.  For myself, I'm just trying to keep up)
