Mother's Day

The boys were very excited to celebrate mom for Mother's Day. The day began with an early trip to Moon Donuts to pick up materials for breakfast in bed. After a day-long celebration we concluded with dinner and Mathias making homemade ice cream (strawberry) for dessert. It was served with a sponge cake that he wanted to dye green. The cocoa and the green food coloring made it a slightly strange army green appearance. But it was good!
